There are currently three 1 hour sessions:
- 10 am to 11am
- 11am to 12pm
- 12pm to 1pm
Each session is grouped by age and ability levels, beginners are very welcome.
The Spring Term class dates are:
Saturday 4th January until 28th March: there is no gym on 22nd February due to half term.
